Imran Khan's Final Protest Call March to Islamabad on 24th November (1)

Former PM Imran Khan announced a large-scale protest in Islamabad on November 24th against the revocation of the 26th Amendment, appealing for the restoration of democracy, the restoration of the electoral mandate, and the release of political prisoners. A leadership committee has been framed with members to lead the movement and negotiate as well.

Imran Khan Demands:

Through his tweet, Former PM Imran Khan asked all the Pakistanis to gather in Islamabad on November 24th and stay there until their demands are granted. The leader called for citizens not to go back to their homes till such time that the response from the government attains the expectations of the people.

He said:

“I appeal to all Pakistanis to come to Islamabad on 24th November and not return to their homes until the demands are met.”

Major Demands of Imran Khan:

Besides the call for mass protests, Imran Khan pointed out four major demands:

Abolition of the 26th Amendment
